Lawsuit: 5 Leading Penny Auctions are in trouble

A lawsuit was recently filed in the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS against 5 bigest players in the penny auction (gambling?) industry. Entertainment Shopping, Inc. (Swoopo & oohilove), Bidcactus, BigDeal, Quibids and Beezid are listed as defendants. The complaint calls the court to recognize that penny auctions are breaking gambling laws in all 50 states.
The pioneer of penny auctions Swoopo has already taken its website offline and it has been said that company management is filing for insolvency.
